BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

NOTE: Please plan your appointment accordingly. We appreciate your arrival at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us time to have you fill out any forms, discuss your look and get comfortable in our chair so that we can start your treatment at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule. Please see our late policy for more information. 

MAKEUP RESIDUE & LASH LONGEVITY

It is imperative to arrive with clean eyes. makeup contains ingredients that will prevent the extension from adhering and will cause you to have poor retention, (it is also important to understand what your make up is made of, as oil based make up may alter the longevity of your lashes). Lash extensions will not cause damage to your natural lash if you follow the after care and your lash artists recommendations. This means no picking, pulling, rubbing, sleeping on your face or direct application of water (standing under the shower head).

 

We recommend using Lashionista lash Cleanser daily to help keep your lashes clean, healthy and help with the retention and longevity of our lashes.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before scheduled appointments. If cancellations or rescheduling is made within 48 hours, the stylist may ask you for a deposit for your next appointment or charge a cancellation fee prior to your next appointment. No shows automatically forfeit their deposit. If you are unhappy with the results of your appointment, we encourage you to communicate this with your stylist, as we endeavor to give you the best lashes possible. No change of mind refunds are offered. Your payment covers products used and the time and experience of your lash artist. You are welcome to book a lash removal. In the instance of an allergic reaction, we will offer complimentary removal.

LATE POLICY

Due to the nature of eyelash application, it is imperative to be on time for your appointment. In respect for other clients and your lash stylist, appointments will finish on time and with no delays. In special cases, your lash stylist may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment, but may also ask you to reschedule if you are more than 10+ minutes late. This will be at the discretion of your lash artist and with advanced notification of late arrival.

CHILDREN

We like to try our best to not have babies or children accompanying you during your appointment. This policy is also for the safety of your children, as you are not able to watch them during your appointment and we want your experience to be as calming and relaxed as possible.

CELL PHONES

To deliver a quality experience for everyone who walks in our doors, we request that cell phones are not to be in use during your appointment and put on silent. Cells phones can be extremely disruptive to others as well as to your lash artist.
